Announcing the new integrated Mac Mini and Flat panel wall mount system developed by Mode-AL USA. This flat panel wall mount is one of the most versatile on the market that easily handles screen sizes from 37" up to 80" and beyond. It includes fully adjustable wall plates for mounting to studs if required. Quality and Install ease is unmatched.

The unit comes in (2) versions one as a non tilt and one that has an integrated tilt mechanism developed by Mode-AL Ltd. called G-Mech. The Mac Mini can be mounted below the screen, on the top, or on the side depending on the requirements and screen size. It also has a removable metal slot that a lock can be fastened to prevent its unauthorized removal.

Although a screen mount that uses its own centre of gravity (goniometry) to counterbalance itself is not new, what Mode-AL has done to the rest of the mount is a significant innovation.

Designed and manufactured in the UK by Mode-AL to replace several existing OEM products, Mode-AL has introduced a new tilt mount with the aim of mounting anything from a 24" to an 80" screen with exactly the same type of system. This new mount will be offered across the Mode-AL range including plasma stands and integrated furniture solutions with only three variants: Portrait, Landscape and Vesa (for smaller Vesa compliant screens 200x200 and below). All the specifier has to do is to select the variant and advise screen make and model number so Mode-AL can preconfigure the mount prior to dispatch.

Designed for professional installers, the MA-OEM-66 mounts feature significant improvements across the board that amount to vastly simplified ordering, and substantial reductions in installation and set up times.

The new mounts main features include a lockable tilt, which means that with the simple turn of a hex key, the tilt angle can be locked off.
Positional stud mounts allow a secure fixing onto studs whilst still providing full flexibility in positioning the screen.

A five-degree backward tilt allows easy access for screen connections and the ability to secure the screen mounts to the wall beam.

An optional Security Fastener kit provides a set of screws that replace the standard screws offering Pin Hex and Pin Hex Driver to deter casual theft of the screen. It is no false claim that with only three parts, these mounts can go from box to wall in 15 minutes.

Broadcast Monitor Stacks Technical Specifications

All Monitor Stacks are made from extruded aluminum and are anodized either natural (silver) or black as standard. Other colour options are available. Stacks can be powder coated to any RAL or BA colour.

The modular design of the stack enables a quite turn around from approved drawings to delivery.

All Monitor Stacks can be reconfigured or extended on site with little or no disruption to the existing installation.

Brief Description of Monitor Stack Components

Legs - (7) The legs are factory set with all the beam mounting heights to aid quick on-site assembly. All beams are height adjustable on site for fine adjustment and all legs have either removable covers (9) for the ends of each stack or removable sections (14) for mid legs for cable access.

Under Floor Mountings - (11) for bolting down to concrete slabs under a raised floor. Supplied with bezel (10) for masking the hole to be cut in the floor tile.
